DOC PASIA is not only concerned about health but he is also concerned about the return of significant job sources for the youth especially the Government Internship Program (GIP) and the Special Program for Employment (SPE) that were not implemented this year because it wasn’t approved by some parties in the city council.
DOC PASIA also plans to increase the coverage of the GIP and SPE to include more health centers and give the youth more jobs and the chance to work in health-related settings.

DOC PASIA would also like to provide training and necessary work experience for students with health-related courses like Caregivers, Physical Therapists and Nursing through exposure to the medical needs of patients in his planned Family Health Care Center and the existing Elderly Health Care Office.
And since DOC PASIA has a high regard for working students, he also plans to have special health incentives for them like free vitamins monthly, free medicines and free medical consultations.
In line with his vision of providing good healthcare to Makati residents, Doc Pasia would also like to establish a small Family Health Care Center that would provide more accessible health services and lesser waiting time for patients. This center would address mainly the following:
Cataract Needs - The elderly will have easier and faster access to cataract treatments. They will not wait long because a team of doctors like ophthalmologists and eye surgeons will be readily available to address their immediate medical needs.
Physical Therapy Needs- Physical therapists and caregivers will also be available to patients in need of physical therapy like stroke patients.
Maternity Needs-Pregnant mothers will have easier access to free ultrasound tests with an OB-Gyne always on standby ready for prenatal and postnatal medical consultation. This center would also provide mammography for women 40 years old and above, vaccination for cervical cancer, free multivitamins for pregnant women and home consultation for pregnant women.
And to aid the medical services of the center, DOC PASIA plans to have an ambulance available 24 hours a day so emergency cases can be easily transported to Ospital ng Makati and nearby hospitals.
And because Barangay Health Workers play a big role in public health services, DOC PASIA plans to push for the implementation of the accreditation of barangay health workers in the City Council so they can be given incentives and benefits like hazard allowances, meal allowances, special trainings and loan options.

All of DOC PASIA’s vision and plans can only be achieved through your help and the coordinated efforts of TEAM BINAY. Since each one of us is part of nation-building DOC PASIA hopes he can count on you to make a difference this May. Vote wisely and with integrity!
